Table King - Acorn

Table King is absolutely one of the finest winter acorn squash.  Here is a squash that will produce loads of fruit on compact bush size plants with beautiful glossy grey green leaves.  Table King squash bears 2 pound squash of high quality and flavour.  Light orange coloured flesh, fibre-less, thick and extremely flavourful. Grown 6 years.

Thelma Sanders - Acorn



Without doubt the best tasting, butteriest acorn squash, heavy cropping with long vines. A pale cream fruit that can can be baked or steamed. Reasonably long lasting in storage. Selected for 5 years.

Table Gold - Acorn

Highly-productive bush-type acorn can produce fruit a full week to two weeks earlier than vining types. Fruit matures from a buttery-yellow colour to a deep, attractive gold. Compact, upright plants make for easy harvest of 1-2 lb fruits. Plants average 3-4 squash each. 4 years or selection and growing.

Red Kuri Squash

This is also known as Baby Red Hubbard and Orange Hokkaido, these teardrop-shaped, strikingly red-orange squash from Japan have very smooth, sweet, dry flesh with deep orange color. The most reliable yielder even in cool, short seasons. Fruits are 3-4 lb size. Grown 7 years

Burgess Buttercup Squash

Dark green skin with a gray “button” on the blossom end. Golden orange, stringless flesh and a sweet, rich flavour have made this squash a long-time New England favourite. Typically produces 10-12 fruits of 3-5 lbs each per plant. Vines can reach 15' long.

Spaghetti Squash

Oblong, medium-sized light yellow fruits have very sweet flesh. Very productive - up to 9 fruit per plant and it is a spreader.  Grown and selected for 5 years.

Delicata Squash

Incredibly sweet flavour and superbly delicate flesh. Fruits are 1 - 1.5 lbs each and can be eaten with skin right on, after baking or boiling. Our strain is carefully selected for uniformity of size, shape and colour as well as yield and non-bitter or hard-shelled fruit.Grown and selected for 7 years.
